QUALIFICATIONS:

- A Bachelor’s degree required with experience preferred in law enforcement or fire protection.
- Five or more years of progressive safety/security managerial experience in a resort or hotel.
- GADA UTAMA certified is a must.
- Possess critical thinking skills, which help him/her to identify strengths and weakness of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Good communication and documentation skills in dealings with various levels of management.
- Good command of English.
- Must be a good team player.
