Qualifications for Financial Controller, are :

1. 1. Qualified Experience as Financial Controller minimum 2 years or chief accounting/chief
      finance minimum 4-year
   2. Minimum bachelor’s degree in Economic or Accounting or Similar major
   3. Should posses strong accounting and finance knowledge
   4. Know how to make profit and loss report and system
   5. Knowledge of Back office or accounting systems : know zero system and raptor system
      is a plus value
   6. Analytical skills and very well organised
   7. Should have a high command of MS Applications like Excel, Powerpoint etc.
   8. Excellent financial/business decision making
   9. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
   10. Excellent financial/business decision making
   11. Can work with team or individual
   12. Can join immediately

Qualifications for Engineering Daily Worker, are :

1. 1. Know about Genset, Electrical Installation, AC, Waterpump, all task about engineering
      generalist
   2. Education minimum in Vocational high school (SMK) or related
   3. Have experiences minimum 1 year as a engineering
   4. Age maximum 35 years old
   5. Can work with team or individual
   6. Can join immediately
