General Requirements :

- A minimum of 2-3 years experiences in the same role is required
- Driving property growth (1)
- Maximizing property profitability(1)
- Organizing, supervising, and managing team members to meet the objectives(1)
- Enforcing product and service quality (1)
- A 5* hospitality background is preferable(2)
- Passionate in leisure, corporate and government(2)
- Ability to generate and convert leads(2)
- Experience in art direction, social media and content development(3)
- In depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices and website analytics(3)
- Solid understanding of of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required(3)
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing(3)
- Proficient with Xero, VHP, MYOB, PowerPro(4)
- Able to operate Computer [Microsoft Office(4)
- Friendly and having a high desire to help others
- Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
