Nakula is a professional performance-based villa management. Specializes both in operational management and marketing of the villas and strives for 5-star standards. We are currently inviting passionate and motivated individuals to be our team member for the New Property as the following positions:
1. Purchasing
-
- Minimum 2 years experience at similar position
- Able to operate Xero and Power Pro system
- Good skill for negotiation and analysis
- Can Drive and have license driving C and A plus
2. Admin Accounting Taxes
-
- Minimal Diploma 3 Taxes or S1 of Finance
- Knowledge of Taxes (BKPM, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh Final, PPN and Tax Reporting)
- Good skill for analysis
- Able to operate an accounting system
3. Marketing Data Analyst
-
- Bachelor degree in Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same position
- Strong analytical skill
- Great communication skills in both English & Indonesian
4. Engineering (Placement in Tabanan and Jimbaran Area )

- Placement Tabanan and Jimbaran Area
- Strong knowledge in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, civil, swimming pool maintenance
5. Housekeeping Supervisor
-
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
- Excellent working knowledge of cleaning appliances and their operations and proper use of cleaning agents
- Proficient with chemical
6. School Trainee Housekeeping and Reservation
General Requirements :

- Relevant education background with the position
- Minimum 2 years experience at similar position
- Able to operate Computer Microsoft Office
- Good communication skill and correspondence in English
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to join soon
