We are currently seeking to the key position as:
1. FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
-
- Experience in the similar position for at least 4 years
- Through knowledge of Food & Beverage principles and procedures
- Familiar with VHP system
- Strong leadership, innovative, creative, and energetic
- Good communication skill, honest, and strong motivated
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Acute financial management skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Experience in event planning
SENIOR COOK
Requirements:
-
- Experience in the similar position for at least 4 years
- Through knowledge of Food & Beverage principles and procedures
- Able & familiar to do an inventory
- Ability to work and communicate to multinational environment
- Good Attitude, Cheerful, Active, Energetic
- Good performance & appearance
- Familiar with Asian cuisine & Mediterranean cuisine
- Excellent English Communication skill
- Able to joint immediately
