RESERVATION AGENT
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Hotel Reservation or a similar position.
• Previous experience in a hotel, villa, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Proficient in VHP Cloud and familiar with hotel reservation systems.
• Good understanding of room availability, rates, bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
• Familiar with handling direct bookings and OTA reservations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
BARTENDER
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender or in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and beverage preparation.
• Strong Knowledge in Bar operation.
• Able to prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes and presentation.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and well-presented personality.
• Strong knowledge of cleanliness, hygiene, and responsible beverage service.
