HEAD CHEF + SOUS CHEF
- Relevant educational background with a proven track record of at least 3 years of work experience in established restaurants in a similar capacity
- Strong experience
- Proficient communication and leadership skills
- A qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is advantageous
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards is essential
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office and recipe
maintenance systems, is preferred - Good understanding of food costing, including calculation and management
- Experience in quality management and control
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
- Capable of assisting the Executive Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes
- Creativity, innovation, and a keen attention to detail
