- Proven experience in upscale Japanese Restaurant
- Good English communication skills
- Grilling experience required (for table-side service)
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine
- GRO Daimyo Bali (Front of House)
- Proven experience in the same position or in upscale restaurant/hospitality industry
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and guest handling skills
- Well-groomed with a professional and pleasant appearance
- Strong knowledge of service etiquette and hospitality standards
- Admin Accounting
- 1 year experience
- Good in Excel & basic accounting
- Detail-oriented & responsible
