VILLA MANAGER
- Oversee the overall operations of the villa, ensure smooth and efficient daily
- Lead and supervise villa staff, ensuring top quality service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and special request to ensure a seamless experience.
- Monitor inventory, supplies and villa maintenance needs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control to maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in villa or hotel operations.
- Excellent communication in English
- Customer service-oriented with attention to details.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekend and holidays based on operation needs
