General Requirements:

Positive attitude, detail oriented and enthusiastic personality

Great communication and excellent command of English spoken and written

Strong knowledge of hotel operations

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to analyze operational reports, KPIs, and financial performance (P&L, cost control, productivity)

Experienced in a similar position or at least 3 years in department head position

Strong interpersonal correspondence and negotiation skills

Well experienced in using OTA platforms
