THREE MONKEYS UBUD is currently seeking a highly motivated professional to join with us for Chef de Partie position with responsibilities:
• Assist and supports Senior CDP in all kitchen related activities including ordering for supplies and budget control
• Assist with coordination of Set Menu for group booking
• Assist with the menu planning
• Assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of different foods in the restaurant
• Assist with the selection and training of other kitchen staff
• Assist with the enforcement of health and safety standard within kitchen
• Responsible for the preparation of the market list and daily store order
• Ensure the quality of the prepared courses
• Daily control of the cold-storage houses and refrigerators
• Clear and take care of the equipment at the respective post
• Ensures that customers are served quality food and in a timely manner
