We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the assigned kitchen section

Prepare, cook, and present food according to standard recipes and quality standards
-
Ensure consistency in taste, portion control, and presentation
-
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in compliance with HACCP
-
Supervise, guide, and train Commis Chefs and kitchen trainees
-
Coordinate closely with the team for smooth operations
-
Monitor stock levels, assist in ordering, and minimize food waste
-
Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment
-
Follow all kitchen SOPs, company policies, and grooming standards
Requirements & Qualifications:
-
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position
-
Culinary education or relevant certification is an advantage
-
Good understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-
Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
-
Good communication skills and strong teamwork
-
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
