Qualifications:

Well-groomed and good personality.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service, with previous experience as a Captain or Supervisor preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues efficiently.

Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards and hospitality operations.
-
Familiar with VHP system.
-
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is required.
