GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 year experience in the same position (1)
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent (1,2)
- Excellent command in English both spoken and written (1,2)
- Team Player, Motivated, Innovative and creative, Leadership and good attention to detail (1,2)
- Must be proficient in general computer software & VHP system (1,2)
- Position will be decided on capability and axperience (1,2)
- Expert in planning menus and compile recipes for nes menus / food tasting. (1)
- Dood understanding on Food Cost % and control. (1)
- Good training and mentoring skills. (1)
- Able to join immediately.
