The Sloth Bali, is a complex of 8 loft studios, 2 rustic style suites, a 2-bedroom private pool villa and a vegan café. We are currently seeking a Housekeeper with Receptionist skills to join our small team.
Location: Padang Linjong, Canggu

Job Description / Responsibilities:

Perform daily housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas.

Greet and assist guests at the front desk, checking them in and out efficiently.

Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests with professionalism and courtesy.

Manage text messages, emails, and other correspondences.

Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing.

Ensure the front desk area remains tidy and organized.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation.
Requirements:

Good communication skills in English.

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.

Honest, responsible, and well-organized.

Basic computer or booking system knowledge.
-
Friendly and helpful attitude.
