General Requirements

1. Relevant experience in similar position (minimum 2 years preferred) (1,2)

2. Experience in luxury villa brand (Bali area) or resort (1,2)

3. Able to monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company standards (1)

4. Strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills (1)

5. Results-oriented with strategic mindset (1,2,3)

6. Positive service-oriented attitude (1,2,3)

7. Basic English communication skills (1)

8. Female, maximum 30 years old (3)

9. Good spoken English (2,3)

10. Minimum Diploma in Hospitality preferred (2,3)

11. Experience as Receptionist / Front Office / Guest Service
      (hotel or villa background is an advantage) (3)

12. Willing to work flexible hours (2,3)
