The Reef Villas, Pecatu Bali, A well-established villa in Pecatu – Bali, is looking for:
- General Manager
- Revenue Manager
- Villa Supervisor
- General Admin (Operation Admin)
- Housekeeping
- Engineering (Handyman)
Qualifications:
- Good understanding in Villa / Resort work flow.
- Have experience in the same / similar position would be preferable.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage operations, oversee staff, and maintain clear communication. (1) (3)
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities. (1) (2) (3)
- Ability to manage Sales & Marketing teams and achieve KPI targets revenue. Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, creative and open minded on marketing distribution. (2)
- Understanding digital marketing, social media set-up and ecommerce systems. (2)
- Supervisory skills in daily villa operations, including housekeeping, maintenance and guest services. (3)
- Administrative support for operational tasks, highly organized. (4)
- Skilled in maintaining cleanliness and guest comfort. (5)
- Experienced in general maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and repairs, with the ability to troubleshoot and ensure all systems run smoothly. (6)
- English speaking and writing would be preferable.
- Open minded and can work in a team
