Qualifications:

Good understanding in Villa / Resort work flow.

Have experience in the same / similar position would be preferable.

Experienced in villa management with strong hospitality, leadership, and sales & marketing knowledge. (1) (2)

Skilled in budgeting, financial reporting, cost control, and internal compliance, with strong leadership for overall operations. (2)

Capable of leading operational teams, managing setup processes, and effectively coordinating with internal teams and external partners. (3)

Ability to analyze data & Sales & Marketing achieve KPI targets revenue. Strong analytical and critical thinking, creative and open minded on marketing distribution. (4)

Understand villa marketing, social media set-up and usage.

Supervises all daily villa operations, including housekeeping, maintenance and guest service. (5) (7)

Strong knowledge in SEO, SEM, social media content marketing, email marketing, paid ads channels and digital tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc., with a strong background in driving traffic, engagement, and conversion through online channels. (6)

Proficient in maintaining and managing good execution and ROI optimization & digital tools understanding channels and guest comfort. (7)

Skilled in spoken and written English.

English is mandatory, other languages would be preferable.
