The Place Retreats is an award-winning, luxury psychotherapeutic retreat that focuses on mind, body and spiritual healing located in Seminyak, Bali, Indonesia. We are seeking a passionate and talented individual to join us for the following position:
1. Concierge Staff
Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, or 1 year of experience as a Guest Relation Officer (GRO) in a hotel or luxury villa.

Proficient in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in using reservation and booking software, as well as basic office applications (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace).

Warm, friendly, and approachable personality with a genuine passion for customer service.

Good knowledge of local attractions, cultural sites, and nearby activities.
