Reservation Executive/Manager
Location: Luxury Villa Resort | Ubud, Bali

We are looking for a Reservation Executive/Manager to manage reservation operations, OTA channels, booking engine, and online/offline booking workflow for a luxury villa resort. This role works closely with various teams to ensure accurate booking handling and a seamless guest journey from inquiry to pre-arrival handover.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily reservations from direct bookings, website inquiries, WhatsApp, email, OTA platforms, and other booking channels.
• Operate and monitor OTA extranets, channel manager, booking engine, villa inventory, rates, availability, promotions, policies, and guest messages.
• Support the setup, testing, and improvement of the online/offline reservation system and booking engine.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, booking records, source channels, special requests, and pre-arrival information for smooth interdepartmental coordination.

Qualifications Required

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Front Office Operations, Hotel Management, E-commerce, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Reservation Staff, Reservation Senior Staff, Reservation Executive, Reservation Supervisor, or similar role in a reputable hotel, luxury villa resort, or hospitality group.
• Strong knowledge of hotel reservation operations, OTA management, booking engine, room/villa inventory, rate plans, and booking policies.
• Experience with OTA Extranet, Channel Manager, PMS, Booking Engine, CRM, or guest database systems, with good written and spoken English.
