Mahata Legian and Nunamkhalu Bali are a brand new boutique hotels are looking for the passionate Accounting Team Leader to handle the financial of both side professionally.
Accounting Team Leader will be responsible for the company’s general accounting, accounts receivable, financial reporting, and other accounting functions including but not limited to tax filings.
Requirements:
- Male, 35 years old maximum
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business with an emphasis in accounting.
- 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years focusing on General Ledger and Cost Control.
- Comprehensive computer skills, especially in PMS i.e VHP, Guestpro, PowerPro and MS Office with strong Excel skills.
- Working knowledge of USALI, PSAK, GAAP or IFRS
- Familiar with channel manager
- Strong organizational skills, time management and focus on quality and accuracy.
- Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to multitask.
- The highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and maintain effective working relationships
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, flexible work environment. Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures.
