F&B Service Supervisor
General Requirements:
-
A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 1-year experience in the same position or strong track record as a Waiter/Waitress or equivalent in a hotel restaurant for at least 3 years.

Good Leadership, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in restaurant management systems (POS) and standard office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-
Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks consistent with business objective. Knowledge of accounting principles.

Solid understanding of food and beverage operations and current industry trends.
-
Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
-
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
-
Experience and creativity in promoting the restaurant, including through social media and digital platforms, is a strong advantage.
