Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years experience in hotel or resort operations

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field

Strong leadership and management abilities

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Good knowledge of front office and hospitality standards

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized

Able to multitask, work flexibly, and perform well under pressure
