Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years experience in hotel operations or similar role (1-3), 6 months for daily worker (4)

Strong work ethic and positive attitude
-
Strong leadership and team management skills
-
In-depth knowledge of hotel SOPs (front office, housekeeping, F&B)
-
Problem-solving mindset and guest oriented approach
-
Able to coordinate with multiple departments and ensure smooth daily operations
-
Good understanding of budgeting, cost control and service standards
-
Able to handle guest complaints and service recovery and fluent in English
