- Daily Worker Front Office
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
- At least 1 year experience as a Front Office Agent or Guest Service Agent in a hotel
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong knowledge of Front Office Operations, including check-in / check-out procedures
- Familiar with hotel system (PMS)
- Willing to work shifts, including weekend and public holidays
- Able to handle guest complaints and provide effective solutions promptly
- Placement in Ubud – Bali
