General Requirement : (Perhotelan)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related fields
- Minimum 2 – 5 year of experience in a managerial role within a 4 or 5 star hotel
- Computer literacy, verbal and written articulacy
- Key skills include communication, organization, conflict resolution and knowledge of employment law
- HR certification are often preferred for advancement
- Professional discretion
- Able to handle Legal, Training, Recruitment
- Good command of English (written and spoken) is preferred
- Bali based
