Basic Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

Ability to train, motivate, and supervise staff to ensure excellent service standards.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Basic computer skills (POS systems, Microsoft Office) are preferred
