Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree with 2 years experience in the human resources and management operations
- Independent, strong interpersonal skill and communication skill
- Focuses on employee needs and business objective
- Experience in oversight of recruitment, training and development, performance management
- Familiar with applicable laws, income tax regulation and hotel operating procedure
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
