Who We’re Looking For:
HOTEL MANAGER
We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic Hotel Manager to lead our team and help us bring the SUPERSENANG concept to life. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience in the hotel industry: Experience as a hotel manager is a plus, but what’s more important is your insight, passion, and attitude.
- Communication skills: You know how to communicate effectively with both employees and guests.
- Passion for hospitality: You love sharing your passion with others and have an eye for detail.
- Cultural awareness: It’s great if you’re familiar with the culture and customs of Bali.
- Goal-oriented: You strive for a supersenang level of service so that every guest has the ultimate SUPERSENANG experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, time registration, inventory management, and overseeing the booking department.
- Work closely with the resort owners to perfect the SUPERSENANG concept.
- Be the face of SUPERSENANG, ensuring our guests feel relaxed and happy throughout their stay.
