AIR CONDITIONING TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on all air conditioning units across the resort
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems, and carry out necessary repairs in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities
- Liaise with the engineering team to ensure efficient coordination of HVAC-related projects
- Provide support and advice to other team members on HVAC-related matters
- Comply with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an air conditioning technician or in a similar role.
- Technical expertise in the installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve HVAC issues
- Good communication skills to liaise with team members and guests
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR – CIVIL
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all civil engineering activities on site, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
- Monitor construction progress and quality, identifying any issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations and safety protocols
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and construction workers, providing training and performance feedback
- Maintain detailed records and documentation throughout the construction process.
Qualifications :
- A bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Civil Engineering Supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong technical understanding of civil and structural engineering principles
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
