Qualifications:

Min D4/Bachelor’s degree in F&B Culinary (for CDP) and hospitality

Fresh Graduate or undergraduate are welcome (1,2)

Minimum 1 year experience in a 5-star hotel (1,2)

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Demi Chef or Chef de Partie in a 4 or 5 star hotel (3)

Have a sound understanding of international cuisine and 4-5 star hotel standards

Guest oriented, contributes to guest satisfaction and attention to details

Understanding and working with VIP system (2,3)

Professional kitchen management and HACCP training (3)
-
Experience with ISO 22000:2015 Food Quality Management (3)

Understanding of food hygiene & sanitation (3)
-
Broad knowledge of international and Indonesian cuisine (3)

Guest-oriented, highly motivated, energetic, good personality, attention to details and organizational skill (1,2,3)

Have driving license SIM C & A (1,2,3)

Effective communication skills in English (1,2,3)

Able to communicate in English fluently (1,2,3)
