Qualifications:
-
Min D4/Bachelor’s degree in F&B Culinary (for CDP) and hospitality
-
Fresh Graduate or under graduated are welcome (1,6)
-
Minimum 1 year experience in 4 or 5 star hotel with certificate (1)
-
Minimum 2-3 years of experiences as Demi Chef de Partie in a 4 or 5 star hotel (3)
-
Minimum 2 years experience as a Cook in 4 or 5 star hotel (4,5)
-
Have a strong understanding of high service standards 4 or 5 stars hotel and hospitality industry (3,4,5)
Be able to provide service that meets guest expectations (2)

Understand working with WPH System (2)
-
Professional certification such as HACCP or other culinary training (3)
-
Experience of ISO 9001:2015 Food Quality Management (3)
-
Understanding of HACCP food hygiene and safety (3,4,5)
-
Understanding of occupational health and safety include personal hygiene (3,4,5)

Organized, highly motivated, energetic, loyal, good personality, attention to details and multitasking (1,2,3,4,5,6)

Have driving license (SIM A & C) (1,2)

Effective communication skills (1,2,3,4,5,6)

Fluent in English (Spoken and Written) (1,2,3,4,5,6)
