Requirements:
- Minimum have education Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Hospitality or a related field. (1,2,3)
- Minimum have 1 years experience in Hospitality or related field (3)
- Minimum have 2-3 years experience in Hospitality or related field. (1,2)
- Proficient in Front Office operations, reservation management, and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS). (2)
- Have proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Line Cook. (1)
- Have excellent English language skills (both written and verbal communication). (2)
- Have Certificate Food Safety/Hygiene Certification. (1)
- Familiarity with food costing, menu development, and inventory management. (1)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities. (1,2)
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. (1,2)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills. (1,2)
