Requirement for Front Office Supervisor :
- maximum of age 30 years old
- Hotel background by min D3 graduated,
- Has minimum 5 years experience in similar position
- Strong Leadership skill
- Good English oral and written
- Familiar with VHP hotel program
- Has other languages is advantage
- Familiar with M. Excel and Outlook Express email
- Well groomed and demonstrative person
- Loyal, honest and high motivated
- Active & Initiative at work
Requirement For Human Resources Development:
- Proven experience minimum 3 years in the same position
- Hotel background by min D3 graduated
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both, oral and written (English)
- Establishes a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, work well in environment with time constraints, and troubleshoot effectively
- Ability to train & develop the staff, innovate & implement new ideas, build team morale, and demontrated effective leadership skills including delegation skills
- Good attitude and pleasant personality
- Loyality, honest and high motivated
- Active and initiative at work
- Able to join immediately
Requirement For Engineering
- Has minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position
- Relevant education background
- Good Attitude and Good communication skill
- Understand About Plumbing, Electricals, AC, Water pump and Computer /Internet Problem
- Loyal, honest and high motivated
- Well groomed, self-driven, motivated, a team player, and dynamic person
- Flexible, open minded, proactive
