General Requirement

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a same role, preferably in hotel industry (1,2,3)

• Handle account receivable, including invoicing, follow-up on outstanding payments and reconciliation (1)

• Perform daily income checking and verification, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel procedures (1)

• Support purchasing activities, including purchase requests and purchase orders (1)

• Knowledgeable of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning and other building system (2)

• Supervision of daily technical and preventive maintenance (2)

• Strong leadership and communication skills (1,2,3)

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment (1,2,3)

• Have basic computer knowledge (1,2,3)

• Dynamic and creative approach to maintaining and enhancing service standards (1,2,3)

• Have good communication in English (1,2,3)

• Well groomed, good attitude and passionate (1,2,3)

• Good communication detail orientation, well-organized and able to meet deadlines (1,2,3)
