HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (hospitality-related education is an advantage)
- Proven experience in housekeeping, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Ability to train, motivate, and supervise staff effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Good communication skills in English (both spoken and written)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Good organizational and time management skills
