General Qualifications :
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position at a 4 or 5-star hotel or reputable Restaurant.

Strong knowledge and skills in culinary techniques (Western/Asian/Indonesian/Indian cuisine as required).

Preferably candidates who have experience in Indian cuisine.

Good understanding of food hygiene and sanitation standards (HACCP).

Capable of supervising and leading a small kitchen team within the assigned section.
-
Able to work under pressure with a strong focus on quality and consistency.

Discipline, responsible, and professional in attitude and performance.
-
Creative, innovative, and passionate about the culinary industry.
-
Willing to work in shifts and flexible with working hours.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
