QUALIFICATIONS
- 25 – max 35 years of age
- Preferable female
- Minumum SMK in Food & Beverage Kitchen Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1-year Baking + Cake decorating Experience
- Food hygiene knowledge
- Neat professional presentation and grooming
- Ability to work in varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Good attitude with exceptional attention to detail
- Able to work as a team and independently
- Available to join immediately
JOB DUTIES
- Mixing dough + application of frosting
- Baking and Decorating cookies + Muffins (easy to learn)
- Prepares and serving sandwich orders from customers
- Cook, mix and season ingredients to make dressings, fillings and spreads for sandwich and panini
- Clean as you go culture
- Double check food ingredient stock
- Food shopping as required
- Make necessary preparations for the day
