SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
Job Summary :
Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible to ensure Leisure and MICE managed perfectly, and guest wishes in mind at all times, by detailed planning. Builds, develops and strengthen relationship within community and other accounts to acquire and grow share new business and/or close on business. Leads and manages all day-to-day activities related to sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationship that enable achievement of property sales objective.
With Qualifications :
- 2 years of Resort Marketing and Sales Managerial experience
- Excellent English Communication Skill, detail oriented
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
- Solid leadership and organizational development skills
- Experience setting sales goals
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
