Job Summary :
Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible to ensure Leisure and MICE managed perfectly, and guest wishes in mind at all times, by detailed planning. Builds, develops and strengthen relationship with community and other accounts to acquire and grow share new business and/or close on business. Leads and manages all day-to-day activities related to sales function with a focus on building long-term, value based customer relationship that enable achievement of property sales objective.
General Requirements :
- 2 years of Resort Sales & Marketing Managerial experience
- Excellent English Communication Skill, detail oriented
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
- Solid leadership and organizational development skills
- Experience setting sales goals
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Available to join immediately is highly preferred
