1. Operation Manager
-
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar or assistant position.
-
English proficiency (verbal & written), additional language(s) is an advantage.
-
Have high sense of urgency and ownership, capable in managing work progresses and able to train staff.
-
Computer literate, use of MS Office, capable in reporting, administration and operational data analysis.
-
Able to work odd hours because of guest check-in, has a motorbike.
-
Experiences in the administration, operation of housekeeping, front office and property maintenance will be valued.
-
Able to deal with and manage repair & maintenance workers.
2. Gardener
-
Prior gardening or landscaping experience.
-
Experience with common tools such as lawnmower, mowers.
-
Basic horticulture knowledge strongly preferred.
-
Familiarity with irrigation systems.
-
Comfortable working outside in various conditions.
-
Physical stamina.
