* Lead and supervise fiberglass boat manufacturing team
* Oversee lay-up, lamination & finishing
* Ensure quality control & production targets
* Build a supportive team environment
🎯 Qualifications:
✔️ Min. 5 years in fiberglass motor yacht production (MANDATORY)
✔️ Strong composite & marine production experience
✔️ Leadership & hands-on problem-solving skills
✔️ Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia
✔️ Ready to work full-time in Ketewel, Gianyar-Bali
