Premier Umalas Villa is currently seeking a Reservation Officer to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about guest service and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities

Handle guest inquiries via email, phone, and OTA platforms (AirBnB, Expedia, Agoda, Booking.com, Trip.com).

Manage and update room availability, rates, and promotions in OTA and B2B systems.

Prepare, confirm, and record all reservation details accurately.

Coordinate with front office and operations teams regarding arrivals and guest requests.

Maintain reservation payment and records.

Respond promptly to guest messages, reviews, and follow-up inquiries.
Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in reservation or front office (hospitality industry).

Familiar with OTA systems (e.g., AirBnB, Expedia, Agoda, Booking.com, Trip.com).

Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to multitask.

Familiar with PMS systems such as VHP is an advantage.

Willing to work from office (Canggu area).
