Young, motivated, male or female
Experience in the same or similar capacity of a star class hotel or restaurant
Hands on experience in the same relevant eld minimum 1 year
Strong leadership and organizational skills with ability to multi-task
Flexibility and adaptable to handle demanding workload
Attention to detail, service-mind oriented
