Is currently looking for potential candidates to be our team member with relevant skills and experience as the following position:

Guest Service Agent

General Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a Front Office role, preferably within a luxury or boutique hotel

  2. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

  3. Service-oriented with a warm, professional demeanor

  4. Good understanding of front office operations, including reservations and check-in/check-out

  5. Well-groomed, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  6. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

  7. Able to join immediately

Internship / Trainee Period January – June 2026

  1. Front Office

  2. Housekeeping

  3. FB Service

  4. Culinary
