Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a villa/restaurant/hotel.
- Good knowledge and skills in preparing a selection of mocktails, speakeasy drinks, and coffee-based beverages (1)
- Excellent skills and knowledge in preparing breakfast selections, including Indonesian, Western, and Vegan/Health options.
- Strong knowledge and experience in hotel engineering, including maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in performing preventive maintenance tasks.
- Resides in or around the Uluwatu, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua area, with a good understanding of the local lifestyle and guest preferences.
- Guest-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
