Therefore, we are looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic team that is passionate for a unique growth opportunity to help us to create this amazing guest experience when they stay in Oniria. A positive ‘yes can do’ mentality is a must. We are expanding the business with 4 more houses to manage. Therefore we are looking for someone that wants to grow in our organization.
Responsibility:
- Take care of the guest’s needs and requests. Provide it with the best quality and based on company standards
- Conducts the room check-in/outprocess in a fast and efficient manner, following all the standards
- In-charge as Front Desk, Housekeeping and Room service with their duties
- Performs all his/her duties with the sense of priority and dedication
- Hosts and welcomesall guests in a gracious and polite manner, and to have the ability to hold a conversation with the guest in a natural and spontaneous manner
- Overseeing the smooth running of special arrangementssuch as: birthday celebration, romantic dinners, etc
Prerequisites:
- Positive attitude and good communication skills, with excellent grooming standards.
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations and ability to work on your own.
- Comfortable communicating in English verbal and written.
- Experience similar role in the hospitality industry, 1 year
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Strict attention to detail
