Primary Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth daily operations within the respective departments.

Maintain high standards of service, safety, and operational excellence.

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Lead, supervise, and support team members to achieve departmental objectives.

Maintain a safe, professional, and productive working environment.
Your Skills & Experience:
-
Gada Utama Security Certification (mandatory for Chief Security applicants).
-
Strong knowledge and experience in implementing HACCP standards (for Executive Chef applicants).
-
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-training skills.
-
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
-
Honest, responsible, and possessing a high level of integrity.
-
Relevant experience in the respective field is preferred.
