Position:
- HEAD MIXOLOGIST (NRP-HM)
- RESTAURANT MANAGER (NRP-RM)
- SALES EVENT EXECUTIVE (NRP-SE)
- EVENT EXECUTIVE (NRP-EVEX)
- DW WAITER/WAITRESS (NRP-DWFB)
- DW COOK-EMPLOYEE DINING ROOM (NRP-DWEDR)
- DW STORE ATTENDANT I (NRP-DWSA)
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star Hotel
- Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP) (NRP-HM, NRP-HM)
- Advanced knowledge of mixology, inventory management, cost control, and pricing strategies to deliver exceptional beverage experiences while ensuring bar profitability. (NRP-HM)
- Strict adherence to local liquor laws (NRP-HM)
- Familiarity with Power Pro (POS) systems, scheduling software, and basic inventory (NRP-HM, NRP-RM)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
