NAG SHAMPA ESTATE – Villa butler wanted! We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented villa butler to join our estate team in Ubud. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoying delivering personalized guest experiences, we would love to hear from you!
VILLA BUTLER
- Provide exceptional and personalized service to villa guests
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs, and guests’ inquiries
- Serve meals and beverages, ensuring a high standard of preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest areas.
- Arrange guest transportation, tours and special request.
- Work closely with housekeeping and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Ensure all guest needs are met with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, F&B, or similar role
- Excellent customer service skills with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Ability to communicate in English
- Well-groomed, polite and detail oriented.
- Knowledge of fine dinning service and etiquette is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
